The Finish Line Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 01/10/26
These Terms and Conditions apply to your enrollment in The Finish Line, a 90-day business education and coaching program operated by jennk.co, referred to in these terms as “The Finish Line,” “we,” “us” or “our.”
By enrolling in The Finish Line, you agree to these terms.
1. The program
The Finish Line is a 90-day educational program designed to help participants develop, communicate, market and launch an offer.
Your enrollment may include:
Access to The Finish Line program materials
Six scheduled live group coaching calls
Access to the private program community
Launch roadmaps, exercises, prompts and implementation resources
Access to selected on-demand courses
Any additional resources described on the sales or checkout page when you enroll
Program features, schedules and delivery methods may be reasonably adjusted when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to enroll.
You are responsible for ensuring that the program is appropriate for your personal circumstances, business and goals.
3. Enrollment and payment
The price you pay will be the price displayed and accepted at checkout.
Depending on the enrollment offer, your payment may include:
The non-refundable program fee
A separate $300 refundable launch deposit
Payment must be completed through the authorized checkout before program access is provided.
Any applicable taxes, currency-conversion fees or payment-processing fees will be shown at checkout or determined by your payment provider.
4. Refundable launch deposit
The $300 launch deposit is designed as a commitment to completing and publishing your launch.
The deposit will be returned when you complete the published launch criteria within 90 days and submit any reasonably requested completion evidence.
The current criteria are available here:
The criteria published at the time of your enrollment will apply to your participation. The deposit is separate from the program fee and is not dependent on how much revenue your launch generates.
If you do not complete the published criteria within the required period, the launch deposit will not be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Cancellations and program refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, program fees are non-refundable after enrollment and access to the program has been provided.
If we cancel the program and do not offer a reasonable replacement, participants will receive a refund for the portion of the program that was not delivered.
Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Participation
The Finish Line is a collaborative group program. By participating, you agree to:
Communicate respectfully with other participants
Protect confidential information shared within the group
Avoid harassment, discrimination or disruptive behavior
Avoid unsolicited promotion, spam or solicitation
Respect the intellectual property of the instructors and other members
We may suspend or remove a participant whose conduct materially disrupts the program or harms another participant. When legally permitted, removal for a serious breach of these terms does not create a right to a refund.
7. Community confidentiality
Participants may share business ideas, personal experiences and commercially sensitive information during calls or inside the community.
You agree not to record, reproduce, publish or share another participant’s confidential information without their clear permission.
While we establish community expectations, we cannot guarantee that every participant will comply. Please use appropriate judgment when deciding what to share.
8. Intellectual property
All program materials, videos, recordings, frameworks, exercises, templates, prompts, graphics and written resources are owned by us or used with permission.
Your enrollment gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use these materials for your own business and learning.
You may not:
Resell, sublicense or redistribute program materials
Share your login or program access with another person
Reproduce substantial portions of the program
Use the materials to create or deliver a competing course, membership or training product
You retain ownership of the content, offers and business materials you create.
9. Recordings
Live calls may be recorded and made available to program participants.
If a call will be recorded, participants will be informed. By speaking or appearing on camera during a recorded call, you understand that your contribution may appear in the participant recording.
Please keep your camera off, use a preferred display name or contact us before the call if you do not want your image included.
Recordings will not be used publicly for marketing without additional permission.
10. Educational purposes
The Finish Line provides education, coaching, implementation support and general business information.
It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical or mental-health advice. You should consult an appropriate professional before making decisions in those areas.
11. No guarantee of results
We will provide the program and support described, but we cannot guarantee a particular launch result, number of customers, level of revenue or other business outcome.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your participation, decisions, offer, audience, market and implementation.
12. Technology and third-party services
The program may use third-party services for payments, video calls, community communication, email, course delivery and website hosting.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or changes to third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in the program.
Our total liability relating to your enrollment will not exceed the amount you paid for the program, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with The Finish Line Privacy Notice:
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the program, our services or applicable requirements change.
The terms accepted when you enroll will continue to govern that enrollment unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree to the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Delaware, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
